Adams Environmental acquired by Environmental Essentials

On the 6th December Adams Environmental Ltd was acquired by EEL Holdings Ltd (trading as Environmental Essentials) and following an interim period  AEL has successfully integrated into Environmental Essentials’ (EE) south east regional operation.

‘Everyone at AEL is extremely proud of its 25-year history and the achievements, customer base and colleagues made along the way. We now look forward to the future alongside our new colleagues at EE, servicing both old and new clients with the same attention to detail and quality as before’ Alex Painter

About Environmental Essentials

Environmental Essentials are market leaders in asbestos testing, inspection and training solutions, operating with teams across the UK and with offices in Scotland, Stoke-on-Trent, Crawley, and London. With blue chip customers such as Marks and Spencer, Houses of Parliament, and Oxford University, we feel that there are many synergies between the respective client base and indeed a close cultural fit between the two businesses.

EE are backed by the Business Growth Fund (BGF) and this is the first of a number of planned acquisitions aimed at securing both strategic geographical footprint and diversification of services.

Moving forward….

Adam Rennie and Alex Painter have joined EE and alongside Dave Limber (Ops Manager) form a vastly experienced management team with complementary skill sets.

Adam and Alex, supported by their colleagues from AEL and now onboarded with EE, will continue to service AEL clients through Environmental Essentials’ UKAS accreditation and will ensure continuity of both service and our valued client relationships.

The deal provides an opportunity to offer our collective clients a wider service offering and for leadership to utilise and adapt the best working practices and shared knowledge.

Environmental Essentials have just launched a new asbestos management portal and deliver both classroom and e:Learning training courses. If this is of interest, then please get in touch with one of the team (contact details above).
