Graduate Scheme

Adams Environmental is growing, and we are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join us as Analysts in our monitoring department.  Our established graduate training scheme has been in place for over 10 years, with previous candidates going on to become Surveyors, Project Managers and diversify into other health and safety roles.

We understand that asbestos probably isn’t something that you ever considered going into when you finished education. However, it is a multi-disciplinary industry with the opportunity to grow and develop into Health and Safety, Compliance, Building Management and many other avenues of work.  It also has numerous perks such as working in historic buildings and many of London’s famous landmarks.

Successful candidates will join our intensive training programme with a small group of trainees. We will then put you through your BOHS/ RSPH qualifications, before giving you the opportunity to shadow some of our senior consultants.

Within 6 months you should  be out and about conducting simple jobs on your own, as well as acting as an assistant on more complex projects.Within 12 months with hard work and determination you may be running your own complex projects, gaining valuable project management experience.

Our graduates progress along our career pathway with continuous training and support provided by the company and colleagues along the way.
