Coronavirus (COVID-19) Further Update

Adams Environmental have decided postpone non-essential works effective immediately.

What is essential work?

Our interpretation of the governments definition of ‘essential work’ is NHS, frontline services and health and safety emergencies. We will continue to undertake any work related to these areas where we are required to do so.

We will continue to offer safety critical analytical services to on-going projects where adequate social distancing and hygiene arrangements exist. Our staff will drive to these sites and avoid use of public transport in all instances. All projects will be extensively risk assessed on a daily basis.

We are continuing to provide limited surveying, consultancy and air monitoring services to our NHS and local council clients in order to facilitate their COVID-19 response.

This has been a tough decision for us and will no doubt have an impact on the company. In the national interest we have decided to limit our non essential work in order to help to control the spread of Covid-19 in an attempt to ease pressure on the NHS.

We continue to work from home so if you want to discuss booking in works for after the shutdown then we are here to help. You can contact us in the usual ways.

In the meantime we encourage everyone to stay at home, stay safe, protect the NHS and each other.

We are sending positive thoughts to all of our clients and colleagues at this difficult time.

Kind Regards,

 Adam Rennie
Commercial Director
